The location is great with beautiful views, and the reception was friendly and helpful upon arrival.
The host was very accommodating, especially since we booked on short notice. They welcomed us after 9 pm and showed us our room without any problems. Very nice of them.
“Definitely NOT worth £113, maybe to gullible Londoners, but we live in beautiful Cornwall. Rip off”
The views were beautiful. No electricity which was not mentioned in the description so no inside lights except a few fairy lights! Bell tent plonked on top of hardcore made for painful walking inside the tent No fridge, also not mentioned Bed frame, base and headboard made from pallets! Very low down, be warned. Slept very badly. No form of heat made for a cold night. Plastic plates and glasses Dirty bottle of water Toilets were a good two minute walk away and were basic to say the least. Not very clean Loud motorbike came very close to the tent at 6.30am, we were not impressed at all. We left shortly afterwards
“Comfy”
The place was fantastic. We didn’t find anything we didn’t like; it was amazing.
“We had a lovely stay and would definitely go back.”
The bell tent was lovely, cozy, and clean, with beautiful views. There was no electricity in the tent, but that didn’t bother us because we only stayed one night and it didn’t get dark until late. We brought a big torch (they only provide a small one) and power packs to charge our phones, etc.
