Super Townhouse Ramamurthy Nagar

“Disappointing very bad”

Nothing is there to be liked, the most worst hotel I have ever stayed in my lifetime. 1. Cockroach 🪳 are roaming in the entire room for whole night. 2. The rooms smells very very bad 3. Wash room is very dirty and un-hygienic 4. Staff and manager behaviour are very rude. 5. Lift is not working properly 6. Lighting illumination in the room is very poor the room is very dark when they allocated us. 7. AC is not working properly 8. No facilities for drinking water 9. Dirty bed sheet and dirty pillow cover, moreover the bed sheet is torn in the middle 10. The ceiling fan was removed from the room Ultimately it is a worst of money

“Worst experience of my life.”

The staff were rude, the lift was broken, the room and lobby stank, cigarette odor everywhere, and empty food dishes littered the lobby.

The bed sheet and AC were in poor condition, and the staff were coordinating to improve them.

The staff were good, but the room had a cockroach, cigarette smell, a blocked sink, and a dirty, stinking bathroom.
