We called ahead and got confirmation that a late check‑in would be fine, so we showed up after dark expecting to get a room. The front desk was locked, the phone rang straight to voicemail and nobody answered, leaving us stranded with four kids. We ended up scrambling for another motel in the middle of the night.

The employees were attentive and courteous, which was a real plus, but the room itself left a lot to be desired—dusty corners, old‑looking furniture and a general lack of fresh cleaning. It felt like the place needed a serious update.

The room was shockingly dirty—spider webs in the corners and grime that clearly hadn’t been cleared for months. The “air‑conditioning” was just a weak fan, so it stayed sweltering, and opening the window only let in more noise from the busy road and the nearby night‑time parties. Overall, the whole experience was disappointing.

The surroundings are pleasant and the property is kept very clean, which made the stay comfortable from start to finish. Nothing stood out as a problem.
