The bed was comfortable and the room was large with plenty of space; the personnel were fine, everything ran smoothly and pleasantly, and it was nice to have a TV with background chatter instead of awkward silence. However, the cleanliness could use improvement—there was a lot of dust under the bed and in the corners of the room.
