The hotel sits prettily on the beach, the buffet satisfies every craving, and we even enjoyed themed nights like Asian, Mexican, and Greek. The staff seem to read your wishes from your eyes and are very friendly.

There’s a wide variety of food available at any time of day, the staff are very friendly and accommodating, and the service feels top‑class and comforting—exactly what you’d want on any vacation.

The staff were fine, but the hotel was filthy! Only the room was clean. In the dining area my shoes stuck to the floor, the pool area was dirty, the food had very few options and didn’t feel fresh. Not a 5‑star place at all.

I liked the sea, the proximity to the water, and the city. Ants were everywhere in the room, on the bed, and on the furniture. The food was weak, low‑quality, with few choices, and the overall food level was poor. The drinks were cheap, the coffee bad, and the pool was poorly maintained. Last year it was a dream vacation—room, food, amenities—but this year was a huge disappointment…everything was weak, even the food didn’t deserve a 3‑star rating with ants throughout the room, a hard mattress full of ants, bad air‑conditioning, etc. A big pity. We won’t return for the third time.
