I found the hotel to be a quiet retreat in a rural setting, but a traveling group didn’t respect the night‑time quiet.

The hotel looks great, the staff are very friendly and helpful, and the food was tasty and beautifully presented. However, it was very noisy because some guests claimed they had to sing and chat loudly in the middle of the night; conversations ran through open doors from room to room and the doors were slammed shut. The hotel could not do anything about it.
