The staff were friendly and clean, but we ran into trouble when paying: the card reader failed, forcing us to find other payment options and adjust the amounts.

Everything was great, though there was no extra toilet paper; it wasn’t a huge issue because we managed to grab some during a shopping trip.

Our stay at the hotel was marred by a disappointing check-in experience, where we were initially denied accommodation due to a booking error. Although we were eventually accommodated, the lack of timely communication about the issue left a sour taste. Despite this, the hotel's full capacity was a valid reason for the initial denial.
