Customer service was wonderful! The sheets were unclean, and the advertised trundle bed was nonexistent, not as shown.

The rooms were a nice size and spacious, and the hotel was perfectly located near stores and the main highway. However, the room wasn’t ready when I arrived, and they ran out of room keys. When I entered, the sheets were dirty and the bathroom was unclean. I called down to request laundry supplies and towels, but they said they were out and would send some later, yet nothing arrived. Speaking with the front desk yielded no solution. I stayed for a week and the room was only cleaned once during the entire stay. I had to purchase my own laundry supplies and towels because the staff never replenished them.
