The hotel itself and the pool were solid, yet the rooms stayed dirty even after a few reminders and the breakfast offered only basic fare.

Staff were friendly, the rooms were spacious and spotless, and the beds felt great. The pool was wonderful and the restaurant’s food was excellent.

I was a bit miffed when I found out our 'executive three bed room' had only two beds, but the staff kindly provided an extra bed later on. The lack of room service was also a letdown, especially considering the high prices we paid. On the plus side, the receptionist was friendly and helpful, even if they weren't always at the desk when we needed them.

To be honest, this place exceeded my expectations in every way - it's really well-maintained and looks great. I'm not sure what more I could have asked for, to be honest.

“Clean and comfortable hotel, good bar and restaurant”

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel - the rooms were spotless and the staff were super friendly. The bar served up some great drinks and food, and we had a great time chatting with the bartenders. However, I was a bit disappointed to find that they only offered instant coffee for breakfast, especially given their location in Coffee Country. It's a shame they don't start serving coffee until 9am either.
