The staff were super friendly, but the room was tiny and the bathroom was even smaller. And don't even get me started on the noise – both from outside and inside the hotel. I mean, I've stayed in some small rooms before, but this one was something else.

The location was great, but unfortunately, the noise from the corridors was a real problem. The apartments themselves weren't very well insulated, so you could hear everything going on around you. Still, it's a decent place to stay if you're looking for a spot in the heart of the city.

The cleanliness of the common areas and my room and bathroom was top-notch, but the billing process was a bit of a mess. As foreigners, we were charged the full price without any discount for the tax, which was a bit frustrating. Still, the hotel itself was nice and clean.

The staff were absolutely fantastic – they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. The hotel itself was. well, it was fine, but the staff really made it stand out.

We arrived in Trujillo early in the morning after a long bus ride, and we were able to check into our room right away, which was a big plus. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they made us feel right at home. The only downside was that our first shower was cold, since the hot water took a while to arrive.
