The hotel's cleanliness was a bit of a letdown, especially in the bathroom. Despite the facilities being available, they weren't always accessible when we needed them. On the other hand, the staff were friendly and helpful, which made up for some of the issues. Overall, it was a decent experience, but there's definitely room for improvement.
