The room was spacious and comfortable, but what really stood out was the friendliness of the front‑desk staff. I didn’t speak Turkish and needed to send a package to Istanbul; the gentleman at reception walked me to the parcel office and explained everything. Exceptional, thank you so much! Everything else was perfect.

The staff were friendly and the location central. We received a different room than the one we booked; the first one was untidy and locked. After talking to reception, we were given a new, clean room that matched our reservation.
