Very comfortable rooms and within walking distance of the Haram.

Short walk to the mosque, but the overall condition of the hotel is poor.

The hotel sits close to the Haram, but the rooms are extremely cramped and mobile coverage is spotty in some rooms. Reception staff are all at odds with each other, throwing blame. Cars are allowed, yet you must register with security, and if you leave you must re‑register and wait your turn—this is wrong; each guest should have a dedicated spot until they depart.
