The room’s location and breakfast are fine, but there are no blackout curtains so I woke up at 5 am. The woman at reception was not very pleasant, the gym equipment was outdated and there weren’t enough machines, the air‑conditioning didn’t work in the gym or was too scarce, but the pool and restaurant staff were excellent.

The staff, location and comfort are great, and the yoga classes are a bonus. The room had no TV, and during the storm we missed that feature.

I’ve stayed in 5‑star hotels worldwide, and the service here was even better; the staff went above and beyond. The room was beautiful, the food amazing, and the location—shops and restaurants only a 5‑minute walk—was perfect. I absolutely loved my time there; the long and duong in the restaurant were especially excellent. I can’t rate this place higher.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful, breakfast was excellent, and the room plus outdoor shower were fantastic. No issues.
