The staff and facilities were wonderful, and I’d love to stay again; breakfast was tasty too. However, it wasn’t a hotel issue, but the limousine bus to Da Nang arranged for us was terrible. We were taken to the wrong hotel first, then spent about an hour wandering in the city, and finally were told we could wait 30 minutes because the next guest was coming. I decided to get off at that point, which was a very disappointing experience.
