Beautiful accommodation in Kitale; the owner is incredibly kind and helpful, happy to prepare excellent dinners and breakfasts for a fee, and assists with arranging a taxi to Mt. Elgon National Park and finding a guide. The lodging itself is gorgeous and clean.

I never got to stay at all; I had to scramble to find another place, which was frustrating and made me question the purpose of confirming the booking. I was disappointed that at the last minute they had no idea I was supposed to stay for the night, even after I received the booking confirmation.
