They asked for payment but didn’t send us a bill, saying their systems were down. Bills would be emailed once the system is back up, but I never received any. The stay was okay.

The location is one of the best things about this hotel - it's right in the heart of the city. However, the breakfast staff seems completely clueless. I've never seen anyone so untrained in my life.

I was really impressed with the hotel's modern, clean, and trendy vibe, and its location in the heart of the nightlife area was fantastic. However, the staff seemed completely uninterested and were glued to their phones the whole time, not even bothering to greet us when we arrived or left. When we asked for help, they just shrugged and didn't bother to answer our questions.
