The staff were friendly, but the nightclub and concert hall right next door made the place feel less than youthful, and several facilities were not functioning properly.

It was awful – I would never stay here again. The staff were unhelpful, refusing to give any information during check‑in about the pool, food, etc., and were extremely rude. I’ve stayed in other hotels in this area and I can assure you I wouldn’t return. The room was disgusting; the bathroom was dirty, there was no hot water, tissues were never replaced, and towels were unclean. The music from the rooftop was disgraceful, continuing until about 4 am. The food was absolutely vile; I’ve never experienced such a horror house. The number of complaints, including mine, is beyond me. Don’t be fooled by the photos – they’re not real. Many guests, myself included, asked where we were in this cramped hotel and decided not to waste their money.
