They charged me extra when I arrived because they said my stay would be at Hotel MÍO (not on the beach) and for staying on the beach they added 600 pesos. I never booked at MÍO, it has nothing to do with them being part of the same company.

The pools are clean. There is no potable water in the rooms, so you have to go out to get a water jug.

I really like the location, the staff are very good at all times and they attend to you in a very good way. The staff who bring drinks to the loungers is great. There are signs saying you can’t reserve loungers before 9, yet one day at 7:30 there were already many of them reserved and unused, so pay more attention to this kind of situation.
