The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was fantastic, and the historic building offered good amenities, though a slightly larger shower cubicle would have been better for the bathroom size.

The location was perfect for us attending a wedding. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. Downham Market seemed a lovely town with a good choice of restaurants. The bed was not comfortable. The mattress was very soft and the duvet felt heavy. Also the furniture made the room feel dated
