The hotel looks as clean as the photos show, and the location is neither great nor bad. The staff always answered the phone promptly and brought towels and other items right away when requested. The only downside was the lack of a hair dryer; when I asked, the staff said it was in use by another guest and therefore unavailable, which I found very inconvenient, and the towels were a bit dirty.

The place is in a great spot in Colaba, and the staff were courteous and helpful; check‑in went smoothly even though we arrived late at night, and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and appreciated, and the proximity to everything in Colaba made it a convenient stay; I especially want to thank Ms. Sushma at the front desk for going the extra mile and making our visit pleasant.

The hotel is comfortable and well‑located in Bombay, about a 20‑25 minute walk from the India Gate. The staff are very friendly and eager to help at all times, and the room is comfortable without extravagant luxuries.
