The view was stunning, waking up to the pyramids was a treat. The market next to the hotel was friendly and helpful. Customer service on WhatsApp replied quickly and was supportive. However, they forced us to switch rooms midway because a new guest was arriving, which felt disrespectful and unpleasant. The new room was smaller, had a bad smell, and the bathrooms were cramped and outdated, making it uncomfortable. One of the hotel guides tried to upsell us on a price we had already agreed upon, but customer service handled that issue well.

We stayed here for 3 days. It was awesome! Omnia contacted us before our stay with extra information and she helped us book a guided tour to the Pyramids. The guide was very professional and took some cool pictures! He also took us to a place to eat koshary and to visit a papyrus and lotus museum. This was a nice surprise! Our room had a wonderful balcony with a breathtaking view of the Pyramids. The room was clean and the airconditioning worked really well! The rooftop terrace was also a big plus! Our flight out of Cairo left later in the evening and they allowed us to stay on the rooftop terrace until we had to leave. Breakfast was good too, although it was mostly the same everyday. We did not mind at all, since there was plenty of choice! Also the owners of the minimarket on the street know the owners of Miami Pyramids View, so they gave fair prices without to much of a “tourist tax”. We really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is a bit rough around the edges, so do not expect a nice relaxing walk around your hotel. Cairo and Giza traffic is crazy. We used Uber to get around the city and only had a problem with a driver once, so this worked for us

It was a tiny, clean spot. Water was never available unless you asked for it.

The owner was incredibly friendly. I arrived late and he gave me a five‑star welcome. The room was spotless and roomy. The rooftop offered a breathtaking view of the pyramids. I’ve tried several hotels in Cairo and Giza, and this is the one I’ll keep for future visits.
