The hotel was pleasant in the center, close to the lake and attractions. The beds were good and the room was clean, making it nice to return to. Breakfast was offered, as is common in Vietnam, with a choice of dishes and drinks. It’s a family hotel. The room windows faced the street, and on the first night it was very noisy with shouting, smells, etc.

It’s well‑located, easy to walk to the center yet a bit away from the main street’s noise. The room was clean, and the breakfast was good.

The staff was amazing and so kind, we got to know Ir in the reception and she got us a farewell present. The food is good and the accommodations are really clean and tidy. The hotel is seven minutes walk from the center so it’s not noisy but still walking distance from everything. The only reason I’m not giving a ten is because of the mattresses that were not so comfortable
