The location was great.

The place had a nice location and décor, but the food trays were left in the hallway for two days uncollected, and even after I complained it still took 6 hours to pick them up – an unacceptable practice for a quality hotel. The duvets were too hot for the temperatures.

The service was good, the room was spacious and clean, and the transfer to Perth city was smooth. Parking was the only downside.
