Everything was great.

From 9 am the bath was unavailable because it was being cleaned, and I only learned about it when I arrived at the large bath around 9 am. There was no prior notice and I couldn’t find any mention of it. Others had also returned. The bedside was too soft or had a habit that made me sleep at an angle, so it was uncomfortable.

I felt like I was staying in a luxurious hotel and had an elegant experience. For some reason, the name on the reservation list was wrong, which delayed my check‑in.
