The view was excellent, you could almost see the whole city of Göreme. The breakfast, although I barely used it because I’m not a breakfast person, also looked very good.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always giving quick answers, the transfer to and from the hotel was reasonably priced, and the recommendations were solid. Breakfast was good. The hotel itself was very charming and well‑located. We were unlucky with bad weather during our stay, which made the room very cold and unfortunately there was no way to heat it up. Our room was also at the very top, requiring us to climb 4 sturdy stairs; we were ready when we got up, and we’re just two healthy people in our 30s. I would unfortunately not recommend this accommodation for older guests; check in advance how easy it is to get to the room you book…

The location and the vibe of the rock excavation were great. The breakfast was very good with a beautiful view. Because of the type of construction (the most beautiful), a humid atmosphere is created that is quickly resolved by opening a window and, if possible, a door… They should instruct guests about this. It’s a suggestion, not a criticism.

The room size, location, and room amenities were good. However, many items in the room such as the hair dryer and several lights were not working, the ceiling was leaking water, and the property definitely lacked maintenance.
