swimming pool was great, very big and had 3 separate pools with different depths, only thing i will say is the sunbeds were leather and so extremely hot to lie on in the sun. Location was very good, it was a short walk to 7/11 and to the beach and lots of options to eat near. VERY POOR CLEANING AND STAFF! when we first arrived the room we were given was disgusting. the bed had blood stains on it and other people hair on the sheets- it had clearly not been changed. the toilet seat was broken and black mould everywhere in the shower, none of the surfaces had been wiped and overall it just felt grimy. We asked very politely to move rooms which didn’t seem to be an issue and the second room we were given was better to be fair however after this we felt the staff took a disliking to us and were extremely unhelpful refusing to answer any questions we had such as whether there was a laundry service (there isn’t). we also had to argue with staff to get our 500 baht deposit back when we checked out as they tried argue we never paid it which was not true
