“pas terrible!”
I’m not used to staying in hotels of this category, and even though my travel context differs from my family trips, I still expect a minimum level of comfort and quiet. Unfortunately, my experience with Ibis hotels is often disappointing. Cleanliness can be lacking, especially in the bathrooms, and the bedding quality is quite average. Noise is also a recurring issue, whether on upper floors or in the corridors, which keeps me from sleeping properly. During my last stay, I was even woken around 2 am by strong cannabis odors—quite unpleasant. I reported the incident the next day at reception, with a friend who was also staying in the same hotel. I’m not looking for a luxury place, just a clean hotel with comfortable bedding and enough calm to have a good night.
