“The name suits the place”
The view, location and climate were great, and because it’s inside a tea plantation it was easy to explore and take photos; the staff guided me well, sharing locations, photos and videos before my arrival, though accessibility was a bit challenging with a steep, narrow road.
The service was excellent, with rooms kept spotless and orderly, and the staff consistently polite and friendly. Special thanks to Prawesh and Praveen for their punctual food service and overall kindness throughout our stay at the resort. Their dedication was truly appreciated.
“Very bad experience with money mindset management.”
The rooms were large, but traveling with family and kids proved difficult; only cars could approach the nearby rooms, and there was no parking for travelers or buses. Management seemed more focused on revenue than service, demanding full payment upfront and pressuring us for extra charges, which spoiled the relaxation we sought. The TV never recharged and the internet was non‑functional.
The services were good and everything was fully neat and clean.
