I really love this hotel; for the past five years I’ve always picked it whenever I travel to Casablanca.

The front‑desk staff and the security team were excellent, yet the housekeeping left a lot to be desired—we had to ask repeatedly for fresh sheets and towels even though we had booked five rooms for our family’s four‑day stay, and the cleaning crew seemed indifferent to our requests.
