I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel, which boasts a remarkably clean and well-maintained facility. The staff were courteous and friendly, making my experience truly exceptional. However, I did notice that the bathroom lacked shower curtains, which was a minor inconvenience.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by a series of disappointing events. Despite booking a room with dinner included, I was informed during check-in that I would need to pay extra for meals. Furthermore, I was initially assigned a lower category room than what I had booked, which was a significant letdown.
