“Posizione eccellente”
The location is perfect, the room is cozy and matches the photos. Breakfast is served in the hall, but customer attention is minimal, and the pillows are high and hard.

The location was fine. The bathroom was dirty and poorly maintained, and our ground‑floor room was next to the elevator and the street, with two tables in front of the windows where people smoked. The breakfast was overly salty and offered very little sweet options.

The location is great, close to the main sights and tram lines, and the area has plenty of restaurants, shops, and a small market—all within walking distance. The bathroom, however, is very small.

The location was fantastic, the breakfast was incredibly thorough, and the room was nicely sized. Everything was excellent.

I had switched to this hotel after reading good reviews, hoping for a clean and comfortable stay, but the room turned out smaller than the photos show and the cleanliness was lacking: on the first night I found dust under the bed, an empty Coke can, and a juice bottle cap. The cleaning staff only changed the bin bags, brought a water bottle, and fresh towels on a couple of mornings, yet the room stayed soiled throughout my stay. It isn’t sound‑proof; I could hear staff and other guests talking even at 1 am. The area is near many restaurants and bazaars, but it’s very touristy and the vendors can be pushy. If I return to Turkey, I’d pick a hotel in Karaköy or the Asian side for a quieter experience.
