The room was very clean and comfortable. It didn't have an en suite, which mattered to me because I always go to the toilet in the middle of the night, but that didn't bother me during the day.

However, the private bathroom was in the host's house and required stepping outside to reach it, which we found unacceptable; we think the hosts have told your company about this but it isn’t mentioned in the listing, which is unfair to both host and guests.
