“very nice”

The room was very clean, the shower was nice, the bed was okay, and the size was fine, but the microwave was too low and very small, and the refrigerator was not what I expected and should have been full size.

“I was happy to have a bone away from home”

Everything was so clean, I loved the workout room and pool, and I loved everything else.

The facility was nice and clean, but the staff, especially the gentleman named Isaac who checked us in, was not friendly and was downright rude. His customer service skills were horrible; he never admitted fault and blamed the customers, insisting that it was their fault. He refused to apologize or accept responsibility, and when I asked for a first‑floor room because we were traveling with a dog, he snapped at me and said, “well then that’s your fault, not mine.” I told him I didn’t appreciate his tone and asked for a move to the first floor, but he kept saying, “there’s nothing I can do.” When I pointed out his rudeness, he countered with “you’re being rude.” He never tried to deescalate or apologize.

“Great hotel great location”

The location is great, rooms are clean and spacious, and the nearby restaurant is excellent. Everything else is perfect.

“We would stay there again, very comfortable!”

The place feels very pleasant—warm, large, and full of light. The receptionist was friendly and explained everything, making me happy to be there. The restaurant next door is excellent, and the room was huge, spotless, with a wonderful mattress and bedding. We didn’t get a chance to check out the pool or exercise areas. The lobby offered snacks, beer, and wine for sale. I can’t think of anything negative.
