The location is great and the facilities inside are clean and comfortable. It isn’t bad, but I wish the staff would be a bit more attentive and caring when something comes up.

I was lucky enough to get a larger room as an upgrade because one happened to be free. The elevator wait seemed a little longer than expected.

The hotel sits about 10 to 15 minutes from the downtown area, so the location is good. The room is tiny, and when the hallway lights turn on the glare off the bed keeps me awake whenever I go to the bathroom; even closing the curtains doesn’t block the light. I can’t stay in bed late because the next room’s cleaning crew can be heard, and the sound of luggage being dragged down the corridor is constant.

Very nice, comfy hotel right next to the metro station and Nagoya train station. There isn’t much space to store suitcases, but that’s fine for just two nights.
