Everything was great, but for people with mobility issues it isn’t ideal: to reach the parking you have to go down a flight of stairs, pass through the bar, and climb another flight—so not very friendly for wheelchairs or walkers.

Close to the promenade/ beach and a secure parking spot, but the tourist tax could only be paid in cash and in zloty at checkout, which was very inconvenient for us foreigners; we didn’t receive a health card on arrival, so we couldn’t use the facilities.

Near the pier, beach, promenade, and the SPA center with great food, but the textiles, carpet, furniture, and bathroom were a bit old‑fashioned—maybe other rooms have been renovated.

The room allocation was fine and the facilities were adequate, but the housekeeping was a disaster – in ten days no beds were made and not a single dish (just two coffee glasses) was cleaned. There was a water dispenser, but only two coffee sticks on the first day, which hardly qualifies as service. Paying over €1,700 for 11 nights with just breakfast is outrageous. I will never book here again and cannot recommend it.
