What bothered me was having to pay a 5 € tourist tax, even though the booking clearly stated it was included – I even took a photo. Everything else was bad.

The hotel’s location was very good, and the parking right next to it was perfect. The staff were very attentive because we don’t eat pork; they came to our table daily to discuss what we could have for lunch/dinner and what we couldn’t. There was always a good food selection and we often got more than we could finish. The room was cleaned daily and towels were fresh each day. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had two rooms, each with air conditioning and a small fridge, which was great for cold drinks. The rooms are fine and perfectly adequate for four people. The only thing I slightly regret is the lack of entertainment, like music; we’ll definitely come back. The lack of entertainment is the only downside – otherwise, nothing.

This is our second stay at this hotel. As always everything is excellent, the food is delicious, and the staff is courteous.

The hotel’s cafeteria, parking, and Metromare station are just a short walk away, and Fiabilandia is only six minutes from the property. The family‑run staff are friendly and welcoming, and all the promised services work well. I brought my whole family, and everyone enjoyed the stay. I have no negative remarks; the value for money is excellent.
