The location is fine. The room wasn’t clean, room service was very poor, the access area to the room was untidy, housekeeping and reception were bad, and there was no internet. Breakfast was only kept in the dining area; it would have been better outside.
“Worst experience ever”
The location is good. We were stranded by the staff ( me and my mother) at night for 200 rupees difference in the payment, as we paid the amount shown to us which was 200 less than one shown on their system. This could have been sorted in the morning, but the person at counter did not allow us to go to our room until we paid the money difference. The bathroom window was broken, there was construction site just outside, no privacy, we were worried some one could peak while bathing and all. Smoking was allowed, the room infornt had a smoker and the whole smoke was in our room at night. Room had 1 towel, 1 bottle of water. When asked for 2 he denied. No parking. We had traveled from mumbai the whole day, needed rest and had to fight for all this till 12.30 in the night. The night staff was a young boy. How can inexperienced staff be kept to handle such important job!

I paid 3500 rs for a single room but it was a mess; the smell in the room was awful. We ended up staying in room 305, which was even worse.
