“Hotel recomendado”

The location, breakfast, afternoon aperitif, staff friendliness, and the fact that they let us receive packages were all positives. The room’s lighting was bad, and the cold water from the bathroom sink didn’t work.

The spot was great—right next to Times Square, and we stayed on one of the higher floors with no elevator hiccups. The room was clean and roomy for New York standards, and the kitchen crew were super helpful, answering every question with a friendly, upbeat vibe. The front‑desk service, however, was the worst. The guy who checked us in didn’t explain any hotel amenities, just said in a tone, “take this paper and read,” which felt really rude. Later, a hostess patiently explained the amenities to her guests. When we had to leave early the next morning and asked for food to be packed, the front‑desk guy said he wasn’t involved with kitchen operations and told us to ask for it ourselves. The front‑desk staff definitely need to improve their service attitude.

The hotel was in a central spot right where we wanted to explore and visit.

“goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding, ontbijt top, perfecte ligging”

was eerste keer New York, ik kan niet echt vergelijken, maar ik vond het hotel qua ligging top, dicht bij alles personeel zeer vriendelijk, ontbijt ook dik OK geen luxe maar voor mij was dit hotel wel goed, uiteindelijk ben je er ook enkel om te overnachten
