Agriturismo Panacea

Maria Grazia and her family welcomed us with such warm hospitality that it truly touched our hearts. From the moment we arrived we felt cared for and at ease. Every morning’s breakfast was a delight, featuring fresh focaccia and local salty specialties prepared by Antonio, along with beautiful cakes and pastries from Maria Grazia. A highlight was dining at the on‑site restaurant TE.MA, where Antonio cooked at a very high level, creating wonderfully balanced dishes that showcased each flavor brilliantly. The slow‑reduced stocks added depth and highlighted the freshness and authenticity of his cuisine. We were simply blown away! A heartfelt thank you to the whole family, to Maria Grazia, to her husband who lovingly tends the large garden, and to Antonio and Alberto – grazie mille!!

The staff were friendly, and the food on the last evening was delicious. When we arrived, we were told that we couldn’t dine there for the first two nights because the chef was injured, so we ended up eating at the neighboring agriturismo instead.

“Wonderful hosts and beautiful gardens”

The outdoor area was beautiful, perfect for relaxing by the gorgeous pool. Our hosts were truly wonderful and helpful, and the breakfast feast was amazing. Unless you’re traveling with children, avoid any room except 2, as it’s set up as a two‑bedroom apartment and feels quite cramped. It’s not actually in St Cesarea Therme.

The homemade breakfast was excellent, the rooms were spotless, and the staff were very friendly and kind. Nothing negative.

“Had er hogere verwachtingen van.”

The dinner is definitely worth it – high standard and very tasty. The room was okay, but nothing special; it didn’t match the quality of the breakfast and dinner. We found the pool water not very clean. The wine I wanted to order was sold out, so I had to purchase a much more expensive bottle.
