The hotel sits in a convenient spot and the staff were very attentive and helpful, with free Wi‑Fi and a decent breakfast. The suite was large but dated and lacked upkeep; the safe was in the suite. The photos on the site were misleading—AI‑edited images that didn’t match reality. I booked two suites, but upon arrival I was given two higher‑level rooms; after complaining I was offered a suite, told no more were available, and promised a change the next day, which never happened. The suite’s shower had no water pressure and the toilet didn’t work; I reported this and was told it would be fixed, but nothing was done. The room smelled of dampness and I had to open the windows.

The location was fine, but the photos on the website are completely unrelated to the actual hotel—they were AI‑generated. When I asked the staff to show me the rooms from the pictures, they didn’t exist. The hotel is the same as the Empire Singh, and they pull out suites out of nowhere. It’s a scam.
