Comfortable. Good size. Quite quiet. Not too many guests. Street traffic barely audible. Good location; on the edge of BKK1 (within the boundaries). No dislikes

I stayed in the studio room, but it took 1h15 to get my $100 deposit back, and they charged me $15 for a slightly stained hand towel—felt like a scam. Very few staff spoke English, and the place is a no-go. The restaurant and bar were disappointing, and the $12 breakfast was bland. Phnom Penh has many better, cheaper options.

The rooftop pool was fantastic, and the apartment itself was great with friendly staff. However, breakfast was à la carte; there was no orange juice and not enough eggs for a fourth person.
