The view was nice and close to several street markets. The property was not clean at all; there was mold and mildew in the bathroom shower area, the shower head constantly leaked and wouldn’t stop dripping, there were dead bugs on the ledges, and there was no real evidence that the place is kept clean.

The staff were friendly and the beds were comfortable. The cleanliness was poor and the place was neglected; the view was just a wall right in front.

The owner, Noé, is very pleasant and always ready to help; across from the hotel you’ll find ferries and other boats heading to Koh Phi Phi, which I didn’t visit because it’s too expensive and too touristy.

The location is close to the long river, but the cleanliness was rather poor and the overall quality was disappointing.
