The hotel's location is a real plus - it's in a decent area, not too seedy compared to other places I've stayed. The room was small but spotless, and the staff were helpful when I checked in late. However, the noise from the street outside was a bit of a problem, and the Wi-Fi was a bit slow. Overall, it's a decent value for the price, but not perfect.

Breakfast was ok. We requested the chef to make a dish without onion and garlic and he readily agreed for it. AC was not working. Wifi was not working, toilet seats were yellowish. For complimentary water had to remind them 2 times to get in the room. Wifi had to request 2 times to restart the router but nobody turned. Bags we had to drag out ourselves upto the car as the bell boy did not come

I was really impressed by the staff at this hotel - they were super friendly and went out of their way to help us with everything we needed. However, the cleanliness of the room was a bit of a letdown - we had to ask for fresh bed sheets as soon as we arrived, and there were a few other areas that could've been tidied up. On the plus side, the breakfast spread wasn't bad, but it could've had a bit more variety.

The hotel's staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making a big difference to my stay. Unfortunately, the location was a bit of a letdown - it's a good 20-minute drive from the city centre, which wasn't ideal for me. Despite this, the hotel itself was clean and comfortable, and the staff went out of their way to make me feel at home. Overall, the warm service made up for the inconvenient location.
