“Comfortable but terrible customer service”

The location was good, yet the place isn’t very foreign‑friendly and communication was lacking. Checking in at the kiosk was difficult, and the phone staff didn’t speak much English and hung up on me. After the water purifier and bidet were removed, the toilet stayed dirty for two days. I asked for clean towels twice, but they never brought them—just wanted clean ones, not extra towels.

The rooms were nice, comfortable, and in a central spot close to the main destination, but the place isn’t very foreign‑friendly and the communication was poor. The room was tidy and had a washing machine; downstairs there’s a convenience store, several restaurants, and a coin laundry, and walking 1–15 minutes gets you to more eateries. The room includes an electric oven and microwave, but there were no dining utensils.

I loved the view of the sports field from the upper floors, but the check‑in machine was on the second floor instead of the first, and I wasn’t told that breakfast wouldn’t be available.

“기대 이상으로 깔끔하고 좋았습니다.”

The place was cleaner and better than I expected, with plenty of useful items inside, so I had a good stay; it’s a bit far from the Yangyang center, but the silence makes up for it.
