“Very satisfied with my stay in this hotel”

The hotel was very clean. I stayed on the 5th floor and had a small private terrace. There was also a gym and an outdoor garden area with a restaurant. The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of food and drinks, plus a self‑serve ramen station. The hotel also provided luggage storage for guests who wanted to sightsee after checking out, with each slot having a programmable cable lock so you don’t have to worry about theft. I did find some hair in the bathroom and on a washed towel, and the bed was stiff.

“Disappointment”

The location was handy for day trips because it sat near the train station, but the hotel itself was a major letdown. The double room felt cramped and there was no spot to unpack my single suitcase. It hadn’t been cleaned properly when I arrived, and even after I asked for a clean the next day, strands of hair—whether from the previous guest or the cleaning crew—still littered the room. The hand mirror had greasy smudges that seemed fresh, and every morning the breakfast glasses were smudged while the trays were stained and sticky. The promised free evening snacks and drinks were barely available. Even though the staff were friendly, the rest of the experience was a huge disappointment.

“Short, sweet and convenient”

The location was great and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The airport train station right under the hotel made travel easy, and the breakfast burgers were delicious. There was nothing else to complain about; everything met our needs perfectly.
