The location was very good, right in the nightlife centre with plenty of restaurants and bars. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was fine and was well complemented. The cleaning could have been a bit better – we had to fetch a towel from the reception ourselves.

The room was clean and spacious, and breakfast was excellent, but the bar area was cramped and not well stocked.

Everyone says the reception staff feel very pleasant. The bed is comfortable. Unusually for Porto, there is a small bathtub. A convenient supermarket is a 5‑minute walk away. Cleaning is not thorough in some areas, especially around the bathtub; people who are very particular about cleanliness might not want to stay here.

The staff's warm and professional reception made us feel very welcome. The location is excellent, a short walk to the city center, but it faces a small park/parking lot, making it quite quiet at night. Clean and comfortable. The shower has only a half-glass partition, making it easier to getting wet; perhaps designed for aesthetic reasons, but it's just a minor problem. Since it's a carpet, paper slippers would be helpful
