The location was fine. The lady at the reception when the gentleman was gone was very kind, but when he was there the place was heavily scented with cigarette smoke, making me feel like I had gone back 30 years. The rooms were untidy, the kettle on the ground floor had no running water, there was no hair dryer to borrow, the towels were hole‑y and in a condition that they should have been disposed of, the curtains were torn at the buttons, and the rooms seemed to be vacuumed only in the middle because the corners were dirty.
