The location is great and the apartment looks really nice; it’s only a 4‑minute walk from the station. The cleaning left something to be desired – there were ants in the room, and towels and pillows were scarce. Aside from that, the place is fine, just don’t mind having to walk up six floors every day to get there.

The spot is very convenient, quiet, and strategic. Unfortunately, my experience at San Vincenzo C Rooms was not positive. The room wasn’t in disaster condition, but it didn’t look properly cleaned or sanitized; I felt the cleaning was superficial. For two people there were only two shower towels, one face towel, and one for the bidet, with no full set of bath towels. I also found mosquitoes in the room, a used shampoo bottle, a used hand soap, and non‑new toilet paper. The usual welcome kit was missing, and the wall‑mounted dispensers held only modest‑quality products. Overall, more attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and detail would greatly improve the guest experience.

The location is great and the owner is helpful, but the fifth floor has no elevator.

The location is fine, but there are 5 floors to climb without an elevator. I had trouble with the keys, and at 3 a.m. there was a break‑in attempt that caused a lot of noise.
