The service was good and the area is quiet; you can walk around the historic center, and if you stay out too late you can take a taxi back. Lola and Sil were very attentive. The bed wasn’t very comfortable.

The location was excellent, the price‑quality ratio great, and the breakfasts were super tasty. Everything was perfect, and we’ll come back when we’re in Cuenca.

We never received the accommodation, so we couldn’t experience the service. An internal administrative error at the hotel caused our reservation to be lost, leading to a complaint; the accommodation got annoyed by the tone of the complaint and refused to provide the service.

The staff were friendly. There was no TV remote, and the restaurant’s breakfast hours opened too late for us to enjoy (08:30).
